Cleaning gadgets were popular Christmas presents this year, but what tech cleaning products topped the list?

New research conducted by End of Tenancy Cleaning London has found that the ever-practical Electronics Cleaning Brush, which is used for keeping phones, computers and laptops dust-free, was the most popular cleaning gadget this year. The study found that over 63% admitted to buying this handy tool for friends and family.

Taking the second spot is the clever Vacuum Robot, which is loved for its easy-to-use functionality. The study found 57% of the respondents gifted one of these.

Some of the other popular cleaning gifts this year included a toothbrush steriliser, microfibre cleaning tool, remote-controlled mop and a steam cleaner. With a previous study showing that one in nine UK shoppers swapped their gifts for something else, buying something useful to clean the house with is sure to find purpose even with the most fussy of recipients.

It seems cleanliness for family and friends was at the top of many Christmas wish lists this year, as a Sanitising Wand and a device nicknamed the ‘Loogun’ also made the top 10.
